2013 Atlantic 10 Tournament Preview
This conference has definitely been on the rise the past few seasons, though that will come crashing down to earth a little bit in the near future as some of their top programs will jump ship for the revamped Big East which will now feature an impressive array of Catholic schools. But for now, the Atlantic Ten can actually lay claim to being one of the better conferences in the nation, at least as far as the elite teams in the league go.
The #1 seed here is the vastly underrated Billikens of St. Louis who finished the regular season at 24-6 and won the regular season title over far more high profile teams like...

2013 Big 12 Tournament Preview
This is a very strong conference with three elite teams in Kansas, Oklahoma State and Kansas State, plus several very good teams that can play with most everyone in the country on any given night. The bottom of the conference is an absolute disaster, but the top is truly elite and the middle of the league is populated by some dangerous clubs. It can be argued that as many five or even six teams in the Big 12 deserve invites to the NCAA Tournament Big Dance.
There are only two byes in the new 10-team configuration and those two free passes went to Kansas and Kansas State, both of whom are ranked in the National Top...
